1. Objective Definition:

   • Primary Goal: Evaluate a driver's performance using car GPS data.
   • Secondary Goals: Ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with traffic regulations.

2. Data Requirements:

   • GPS Data: Latitude, longitude, timestamp, speed, and heading.
   • External Data (if needed): Road speed limits, locations of stop signs/traffic lights, accident reports.

3. Assumptions:

   • The GPS data is accurate and collected in real-time.
   • The vehicle is a regular car, not a commercial or business vehicle.
   • The driver is not using GPS for navigation in familiar areas.
