1. Objective:

   • The primary goal is to encourage drivers to head towards city zones where the demand for rides is highest, ensuring that rider demand is met efficiently.

   • Safety Concerns: Some high-demand areas might be perceived as unsafe by drivers.
   • Economic Disincentives: Drivers might find that trips originating from high-demand zones are not financially rewarding due to short distances or high congestion.
   • Cancellation Rates: High cancellation rates due to long waiting times or traffic congestion.

   • Driver feedback on high-demand areas.

   • Safety reports or incident data in high-demand areas.
