Requirements Clarification & Assessment

1. Objective Understanding:

   • The primary goal is to enhance the connection rate between Facebook account managers (AMs) and business owners to introduce them to a new Facebook business solution.

2. Data Availability:

   • Training Data: Includes the number of calls made, calls answered, and timing of each call.
   • Additional Data Needs:
     • Success of onboarding (i.e., whether the business signed up for the product).
     • Demographics of business owners (e.g., location, business size, industry).
     • Other outreach methods used besides calls.
     • Historical data on similar outreach efforts.

3. Key Metrics:

   • Connection rate (calls answered/calls made).
   • Onboarding success rate (businesses onboarded/businesses contacted).

4. Clarification Questions:

   • Is there a threshold for the number of calls before a business owner is deemed unreachable?
   • Are there any existing strategies or incentives (e.g., discounts) in place to enhance engagement?
   • Is the outreach effort constrained to any specific geographic region or demographic group?
