  1. Initialize a dictionary remainder_count to store the frequency of each remainder.
  2. Iterate over each number in nums: a. Calculate the remainder of the current number when divided by space. b. Increment the count of this remainder in remainder_count.
  3. Find the maximum frequency among all remainders.
  4. Iterate over the sorted nums and return the first number that has a remainder with the maximum frequency.
